This policy describes the data Lavie AI processes to provide image generation, accounts and billing.
Images, prompts and visibility
Prompts, uploaded photos and generated images are processed and stored to deliver the service. Free and guest images are public by default. Paid plans offer private generation; you can manage visibility and delete completed images from your account.
Storage and retention
Free images and uploads normally remain for up to 72 hours; Creator and Plus for 30 days; Studio for 90 days. Download files you wish to keep. Retention may be shortened for content that violates our rules.
Service providers and security
Requests may be processed by external AI providers. Account, payment, network and device information is used for authentication, billing and abuse prevention. Product analytics records interactions; do not include personal information in your prompts.
Your choices
Manage completed images in your account. Contact support@lavieai.net for account or privacy requests. Avoid using shared devices for private uploads and sign out when finished.
